-After contact with RSPCA staff, we made an appointment with the Education Manager in RSPCA, Lauren Preston. The appointment date was 7th of April and meeting time was 2o’clock at UTS library. But we thought interviewing at the library is not suitable so that we decided to have the interview inside blue building. (The place where we shot was one of the lecture rooms in ground floor)
-For the interview, Shreshta was a interviewer the reason was that she has got a good pronunciation of speaking and also, communication skill. Yammi wrote a script and questions for interview. Also, Me and Boae did a camera man and assistance and Kayu and Tim help us to set the camera and gave some advices to have good scenes.
-During the interview, there were not many NGs, but it was quite difficult that the dog Lauran brought was so playful so, it was hard to control him to shoot the video. (Because of this, Lauran had to hold him from beginning to end of interview)
-As the first film is for interview, we mostly shot medium close up scenes. Also, when we took the question and answer scenes separately, we tried to make more looking room in the frame and pan from interviwer to interviewees as well.
- For setting the lighting, it was not bright enough with light from fluorescent lamp so that we used natural lighting and lighting from fluorescent lamp together.
